John Vidales

John leads the operations of Sharp Construction with a focus on performance, process, and precision. He oversees day-to-day execution, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality. John’s steady leadership keeps the Sharp engine running smoothly.

General Superintendent

Terry Scott

Terry brings decades of hands-on field experience to every jobsite. As Sharp Construction’s General Superintendent, he ensures that every crew is coordinated, every detail is accounted for, and every build is executed to the highest standards.
